When asked how team members can earn trust, most leaders said, “by asking for help.” But how do you ensure team members are able to both effectively ask for help and offer the right type of support? Using real work challenges as a starting point, this activation introduces participants to various tools they can apply that help to bring clarity to problem solving.
This activation teaches teams how to:
- Reflect on a problem
- Exchange possible solutions in a safe environment
- Collectively identify the support they need
