I’m Nogol Madani, the founder of Glee Factor. I was a young engineering professional, and after years of experience in various companies, I became curious about the concept of work culture, human relationships within teams, and how it can affect the work we produce. I started to thoroughly observe company cultures and realized that organizations were continually searching for new ways to develop and engage talent, boost team dynamics and encourage performance. But those methods didn’t always resonate with the 21st-century realities.
I began to wonder if there was a better way, and I started looking for a solution. I became particularly interested in developing work cultures that could attract and retain a new generation of the workforce, people who believe in growing personally and professionally, building meaningful relationships and being part of an impactful organization.
The solution was Glee Factor. I founded Glee Factor with the aim to help leaders transform team dynamics and improve engagement and retention through social science and creativity.
