Nogol Madani, founder and CEO of Glee Factor, is an award-winning speaker and expert in psychological safety.
Beginning her career as an idealistic engineer from an immigrant background in large organizations, she soon became disheartened by the dysfunctional state of work environments.
Determined to create meaningful change, she immersed herself in the groundbreaking work of psychological safety pioneers. She collaborated with researchers and experiential learning specialists to design and deliver Glee Factor’s impactful solutions.
